Below is a list of guidlines to keep in mind about purchasing a Chinchilla from us:

• If you find a chinchilla that you believe will fit your family a $50 deposit will Hold your choice for 30 days.
• The $50 deposit will be due immediately via an electronic invoice that will be e-mailed to you.
• The $50 deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
• An appointment for the pick up of your chinchilla must be scheduled within 30 days after the invoice has been sent and not paid
• Failure to pick up the chinchilla in 30 days will result in the chin being offered for sale again and your deposit will not be returned
• In the unlikely event that something should happen to the chinchilla, that we are no longer able to offer the chinchilla for sale, in the 30 day period you will not hold us liable for not being able to offer you the agreed upon chinchilla. At this point you may choose another chinchilla currently for sale or in these instances your deposit will be refunded.
• We schedule pick ups by appointment only. We do not have set hours due to both of us working full time jobs outside of the home as well. Generally appointments can be scheduled most weekends and occassionally later in the evening during the week.
